Le Taste of France Show makes its New York premier September 29-30, 2012 at Pier 54. A two-day exhibition dedicated to French cuisine and the French way of life in New York City. In celebration of the "Fête de la Gastronomie," Le Taste of France Show aims to promote France by highlighting its regions through their different culinary specialties and lifestyle.

Le Taste of France Show will feature live, contemporary and signature French Music; Pétanque Exhibitions, a French Flea Market symbolic of Paris’ famous “Marché aux Puces”; a French Bulldog Dog Show and French cuisine: from the Crêpes and Ciders of Brittany to the Pastis and Bouillabaisse of Provence. Guests will have a choice to either sample dishes with a "Tasting" plate or indulge in a "Dégustation" plate. All food and drink will be available for purchase with Mariannes, the official currency of Le Taste of France Show.

Marc Murphy - Executive Chef and Owner of Benchmarc Restaurants (Landmarc and Ditch Plains)

Jean-Louis Dumonet - Executive Chef of the Union Club
Claude Godard – Chef/Owner of Bistro Madison and Jeanne et Gaston restaurants
Ariane Daguin - Food maven and Founder of D'Artagnan
Karine Bakhoum - The Iron Palate, frequent Judge on Iron Chef America - TV Food-Network. Members of Les Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and l’Académie Culinaire de France, two organizations representing the top French chefs in the world.

"La Soirée" is the grand, all-inclusive, extravaganza of Le Taste of France Show. Music will be louder, the food richer and the mood a little more epicurean.
