Promises Promises on Broadway

Synopsis: It's Manhattan. It's the '60s. And the city is back in full swing, in Broadway's first-ever revival of PROMISES PROMISES—starring Emmy® Award-winner Sean Hayes (Will and Grace) as Chuck Baxter, the enterprising associate on the way up, and Tony® and Emmy® Award-winner Kristin Chenoweth (Wicked) as Fran Kubelik, the cafeteria waitress whose romantic troubles have got her down. Don't miss this smart and sexy musical based on the Oscar®-winning Billy Wilder film, The Apartment. The creative team creates a perfect cocktail: the splashy score is by the Academy Award®-winning team of Burt Bacharach and Hal David, and includes such songs as “I'll Never Fall In Love Again” and the straight-up swinging title tune; the book takes turns tickling your funny bone and breaking your heart, courtesy of the legendary Neil Simon, and it's all topped off with a sparkling blend of direction and choreography by Tony® and Emmy® Award-winner Rob Ashford. PROMISES, PROMISES is an intoxicating evening of Broadway magic.

  6. I promised my 17 year-old dog as a puppy that he would always be treated kindly. I reiterated that promise recently as he faces old age issues; only now I've added promises to treat him with gentle care and concern for his comfort and dignity. It's a promise of love. Yes, love.

  7. I promised to make my mom's visit to NYC as fun as possible. I plan on keeping it by keeping up with street fairs on NYC Sidewalker and winning these tickets!! But seriously, I plan on checking out the less tourist-y things like the BK flea market and other cool lesser known fairs, etc., for the time she's here.

  8. I promised myself and my dad that I wouldn't let people stand in my way anymore and I plan to follow through with this by not waiting for people to decide to make decisions for me and take their advises with a grain of salt and put myself first
