Gourmands Unite! If you proudly call yourself a foodie, watch the Food Network and love New York, then you're probably already planning on treating your palate at the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival October 8-11. The Meat Packing district will convert into a chef mecca and foodie haven, with events of delectable degustations, celebrity Chefs cooking demonstrations, and hundreds of bottles of wine breathing and champagne corks popping. Most events are sold out, and some are just about to. So, make your itinerary of events, buy your tickets then enjoy the lovely food chaos that will ensue while you go into senses overload and make those same sounds you make while watching the Food Network, mmm... ah! wha? uh!There are many delicious events still available and there seems to be something for every price point, so check it out.
